TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of Unify, the business management platform available at app.unify.com.py. Unify is owned by G Digital (website: https://www.gdigital.com.py/). By accessing or using Unify, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

The service

Unify is a CRM that lets businesses manage conversations with their customers (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and web), contacts, sales opportunities, forms, campaigns and reports. The features available to each company depend on its plan and on the configuration made by its administrators.

Accounts and access

Unify is accessed through users created for each client company. Each company is responsible for the users it enables, the permissions it assigns to them and keeping their credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Unify in accordance with the law and these terms. You may not use the service to send unsolicited communications or communications that breach the policies of the messaging channels, attempt to access other companies' information, interfere with the operation of the platform, or carry out fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Your company's data

The data your company enters or generates in Unify (contacts, conversations, opportunities, reports and similar) belongs to your company. Unify uses it only to provide the service and handles it according to our Privacy Policy. Each company can only access its own data.

Third-party integrations

Unify lets you connect third-party services such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and WhatsApp. These connections are made with your company's authorization and can be revoked at any time from Unify or from the corresponding service. The use of those services is also subject to each provider's terms and policies. Unify is not responsible for the availability, changes or interruptions of third-party services.

For Google Ads, Unify only performs read requests on the campaign metrics of the account your company connects (cost, impressions and clicks), to show the cost per lead in its reports. Unify does not create, edit or pause campaigns.

Service availability

We work to keep Unify continuously available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may modify, add or remove features to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

Unify is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, G Digital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for decisions your company makes based on the information shown in the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel access to an account that breaches these terms. Your company may stop using the service at any time, according to the conditions of its plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Changes will be published on this page, so we recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. If there is any discrepancy between this English version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
