Unify

PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Versión en español

This Privacy Policy explains what information Unify collects, how it is used, stored and shared, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to the Unify platform (app.unify.com.py) and its integrations with third-party services, including Google Ads.

Who we are

Unify is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that lets businesses manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and web conversations, contacts, sales opportunities, forms, campaigns and reports. Unify is developed and operated by G Digital, a company based in Paraguay (website: https://www.gdigital.com.py/). Contact: privacidad@gdigital.com.py.

Our role

Information we collect

Google User Data

Unify connects to Google Ads only when a user of a client company chooses to do so, through Google's OAuth authorization. Unify never receives the user's Google password.

Data accessed. Unify accesses: (1) the ID, name, currency and time zone of the Google Ads accounts the user has access to, so the user can choose which account to connect; and (2) for the connected account only, daily campaign-level metrics: campaign ID, campaign name, cost, impressions and clicks. Unify only performs read requests: it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes campaigns or any other Google Ads data.

How we use Google user data. Google user data is used only to show the client company, inside Unify, the cost of its own Google Ads campaigns and its cost per lead in its marketing reports. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, it is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and it is not used for any purpose other than providing this feature.

Data sharing. We do not sell, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties. The only exception is the infrastructure providers (hosting and storage) that store the data on our behalf, solely to operate Unify and under confidentiality obligations, and disclosures required by law.

Data protection. All traffic to Unify is encrypted with HTTPS. The Google authorization (OAuth refresh token) is stored encrypted. Access is restricted per company and per role: each company can only see its own data, and only users whose role includes the Google Ads permission can view it.

Data retention and deletion. When a user disconnects or removes the Google Ads integration in Unify, the Google authorization is revoked with Google and deleted immediately, and Unify stops accessing the account. The campaign metrics already synced are kept so the company can still see its cost history, until the company asks us to delete them or cancels the service; after cancellation, they are deleted within 90 days. Users can also revoke Unify's access at any time from their Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). To request deletion of stored Google Ads data, write to privacidad@gdigital.com.py.

Limited Use. Unify's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

Unify does not sell personal information. We share it only with: infrastructure providers (hosting, storage and email delivery) that act as processors on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; the third-party services a client company chooses to connect (such as Meta or Google Ads), only as needed for the integration to work; and authorities, when required by law.

How we protect information

We apply reasonable security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of integration credentials, and access control per company and per role.

Data retention

We keep each client company's data while its account is active. If a company disconnects an integration, Unify stops receiving data from that service; data already recorded remains part of the company's data until the company deletes it or asks us to. If a company cancels the service, it can request an export of its data, and we delete it within 90 days after cancellation unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its use for commercial communications, by writing to privacidad@gdigital.com.py. If your data is managed by a client company (for example, if you messaged a business that uses Unify), we will coordinate your request with that company.

Cookies

Unify uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics tools that store their own data under their own privacy policies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but you may not be able to sign in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page with their update date.
